New Delhi, 8th August. The BRICS International Forum and the Russian Center jointly organized a panel discussion on the role of youth in the Eurasian renaissance. The coordinator of the discussion, Purnima Anand, mentioned that senior advocates like Dr. Adish C. Agrawal, Colonel Shailendra Singh, Colonel Kuldeep Singh, Dr. Dev Bhushan, Victor Gorelikh – Director of Russian Center, Media Educator S.S. Dogra, Journalist Amit Sharma, TV anchor Subhangi Shukla, Kamal Kakkar, and Seema Dogra expressed their views before about fifty present youths.
The main objective of this seminar was to explore how the youth’s participation and engagement in the leadership of the G20 nations and in the upcoming BRICS annual summit in South Africa can be useful in nation-building and international political and economic relations to accelerate the program of sustainable development in times of global economic instability.
Additionally, Purnima Anand, the Founder-President of the BRICS International Forum, cautioned that in the digital era, the youth should come together under the same platform so that they can contribute actively to accelerating the development of Eurasia in the context of current economic power shifts “from West to East.” On this occasion, Victor Gorelikh, Director of Russian Center, shed light on educational scholarships and career opportunities in Russia before expressing gratitude in his vote of thanks.
